Diamond E Bucking Bulls is proud to present the 2nd Annual LCpl Hunter “HD” Hogan Memorial Bull Riding Challenge, July 19th and 20th, at the Junction Motor Speedway in McCool Junction, Nebraska. Please join us as we honor the memory of HD, a true hero, who gave his life on June 23, 2012, while serving his country in Afghanistan. This will be Diamond E's third annual event at Junction Motor Speedway. Mutton Bustin' begins at 7pm each night, and bull riding action kicks off at 8pm. The events will include free drawings, and a 50/50 cash raffle benefiting the Hunter "HD" Hogan Memorial Rodeo Scholarship Fund. And of course, true to Diamond E's commitment to family entertainment, we are bringing back our Saturday feature again this year...the “McCool Mini-Bulls,” which is a junior riding event for kids 14 and under. “McCool Mini-Bulls” is a sanctioned event for aspiring young bull riders that will be battling against bucking bulls...the only difference is these bucking bulls are all under 48 inches tall! Join us and help us carry on HD's legacy, both as a cowboy and as a hero.

Diamond E Bucking Bulls is pleased to announce the new date and details for the 2012 "Elkhorn Days Rumble at the Ridge III Bull Riding Challenge," to be held in Elkhorn, NE, at the Chance Ridge Event Center. We're also extremely excited to announce that this, our third annual "Rumble at the Ridge," will now be 2-day event! This year's Rumble will be a part of Elkhorn Days, a celebration that has taken place in Elkhorn for more than 60 years! Diamond E is honored to be a part of this Elkhorn tradition, and in addition to the bull riding, we will also be participating in the Elkhorn Days Parade and The Thrivent Family Festival on Saturday, June 9th. And of course, true to Diamond E's commitment to family entertainment, we'll also be including the "Mini Rumble" for the kids. After the bull riding, stick around and try your luck on the mechanical bull or kick up some more dust on the dance floor.  There will be a DJ for the dance on Friday night, and Saturday night we welcome back renowned local live band "Dylan & The Dirt Road Detour."

The recipient of our “Ride Rank for a Cure” 50/50 cash raffle fundraiser at Elkhorn Days Rumble at the Ridge III is 24-year old Cody Eisenhauer...bull rider, father, and war veteran. Cody grew up in Firth, NE, and began riding bulls at the age of 15. He graduated in 2006 from Norris High School, and later that year joined the Army Reserves, stationed in Lincoln, NE. On November 11, 2008, Cody welcomed his son Lane into the world, and a few short months later was called to duty and deployed to Iraq. After serving a one year term, Cody returned to the states and went back to work as a full-time welder. This past December, doctors found a tumor in Cody's lower intestine and diagnosed him with enlarged B cell type lymphoma. This diagnosis was especially difficult for Cody and his family, as his grandmother had just won her battle with breast cancer. Cody's final chemotherapy treatment is scheduled for May 4^th. Cody currently lives in Eagle, NE, with his girlfriend Megan and son Lane. A member of the Diamond E family since he was 15, we can personally say that Cody is a very modest, determined, kind, hard working young man that comes from a wonderful family. What a perfect opportunity you have to make a difference in his life by helping to pay some of the bills he has acquired over the last several months, and possibly make some cash for yourself.
